Our SUP Cave Tour is one of the most popular experiences at Parte o Côco — and for good reason.
Paddling through the sea caves of Galé Beach is something you simply can't do any other way.
The Route
Starting from Galé Beach, we paddle along the stunning coastline towards the east. The golden limestone cliffs rise above you, carved by thousands of years of Atlantic waves into dramatic arches, tunnels, and hidden lagoons.
The highlight? Entering the caves themselves. Some have natural skylights that create shafts of turquoise light. Others open into hidden lagoons that feel like another world.

"The moment you paddle inside a sea cave and look up to see sunlight streaming through a natural skylight — that's the moment you understand why people come back every year."
Do I Need Experience?
No.
We start every tour with a 15-minute beach briefing where we teach you the basics of SUP.
The waters along this stretch of coast are generally calm and sheltered by the cliffs, making it accessible for complete beginners.
